About Us

Minerva was birthed from 2019. Our reach is widespread and we do not believe in setting limitations or boundaries for what we love to do. Although the scope of Minerva is visibly (and mainly) within the financial space; its mandate expands beyond and reaching out to discover various dreams and giving our people, and the people of our country, the necessary skills to make a positive contribution to the future growth of our economy.

We intend to make our presence felt in every possible industry, whether that is linked to our present businesses or not. Being part of divergent industry verticals, we continue to learn, innovate new strategies and developments, and most importantly, make our business better every day.

Our goal is to provide "A platform for the inspiration and empowerment of women". We seek to amplify the economic empowerment of women in our business, to achieve sustainable growth for our business. To respect and promote women's rights, provide access to training and skills, and to advance opportunities.


Our Commitments

Women, and disabled persons empowerments

The empowerment of women should be achieved in all aspects of works. The company will start by bringing in more woman member on board to come and strengthen the capacity of the business. Youth will also be employed by the company in order to pass on the skills to the next generation. A training program will be in place to give the youth the necessary training and guidance to become professional in their careers. Minerva will develop a culture were there will be no discriminate against disabled persons, hence it will seek to find, train and employ disabled persons with potential and enthusiasm.

Development and Training

The company’s objective is to train its staff and transfer technology to the community. Undergraduates from University and Colleges studying, especially civil engineering or quantity surveying will be given the opportunity to further their studies in the field of consultancy at Minerva.

The Government's Empowerment and Transformation Policies

Minerva is committed to the broad based black economic empowerment and it supports the government’s initiative of Transformation and Affirmative Action policies and will continue to implement such projects where possible. The company will initiate projects where by material and equipment will be sourced from black SMME companies thus to speeding up the process of empowering small business enterprises.

Safety

The firm’s projects, complies with all the health and safety regulations stipulated in the Occupational Health and Safety Act 85 of 1993. The company has a safety policy in place.

  • Management Team

    The management team at Minerva head up all departments to enable service delivery across the business. They manage multiple teams including consulting, marketing, workshops, accounts, sales, service delivery and helpdesk support. Minerva are proud of the whole team who are dedicated to delivering support and services whilst ensuring customer expectations are met and exceeded.

    Black Economic Empowerment (BEE)

    We are currently certified as a Level 1 BEE contributor with 100% black woman ownership.

    CIDB Rating

    We are also registered at the CIDB. Our CRS registration number is 10283823 (for further reference). We have a grading of: ?GB (The above can be verified on the CIDB website.)

    SAWIC

    As we seek to amplify the economic empowerment of women in our group, to achieve sustainable growth for our business. We have registered with South African Woman in Construction (SAWIC)
